I attended an Ilya workshop at The Lakes International Comic Art Festival in 2016. It was about illustrating Shakespeare and it was great to hear someone else’s ideas about illustrating poetry as comics. I choose Sonnet 61 and he challenged me to finish it by Xmas. Well I finally showed him a finished copy at LICAF 2017 and I am debuting the comic at The Artist BookMarket in February.
The book is 8 pages, Riso printed in B/W with a rubber stamped cover.
